Structure Fire - Rosedale Avenue, Moon Township (3/14/2003)

All four stations from Moon Station 197 were alerted at approx. 10:05am for a Residential Structure Fire. 197 BC-1 was first on scene and reported heavy smoke and fire from the first floor. Coraopolis Station 127 was brought in on the second alarm to assist. The fire appears to have started in the microwave in the kitchen. Extensive smoke and heat damage was caused. One Moon Firefighter was taken to the hospital for evaluation of lacerations on his hand he received from broken glass.
