Storm Damage - North Fayette Township (6/8/2003)

Here's something you don't see everyday. During the severe storms that rolled through most of Allegheny County on June 8, 2003 at around 7:15pm, North Fayette Station 209 was called to this trailer in the Oakridge Heights section of the township. A large tree was brought down by the high winds. The tree fell away from the trailer but the root system lifted the trailer up off the ground. No one was home at the time except the family dog who was saved by firefighters after the structure was stabilized.
