Commercial Structure Fire - City of Butler (6/27/2003)

Butler County 911 dispatched Butler City Fire Department and Butler EMS to Brugh Avenue for a reported structure fire. Units arrived to find heavy black smoke visible from several blocks away. The structure was a 3-story brick office complex. Lyndora Station 4, East Butler Station 9, South Butler Station 10, Meridian Station 3, Greenwood Village Station 5, Mercer Road Station 6, Herman Station 10, Lick Hill Station 8, Penn Township Station 11, Unionville Station 14, Saxonburg Station 15 and Chicora Station 26 assisted. The State Police Fire Marshall is investigating the $30 Million fire that completely destroyed the 103-year old building.
