North Fayette Station 209 and Northwest EMS Station 195 were dispatched at 1:43pm to the St. Johnsbury Candle Warehouse on West Allegheny Road for a reported structure fire. North Fayette Police arrived first and reported a working fire with possible entrapment. Oakdale Station 215, Imperial Station 152 and McDonald (Washington County) Station 12 RIT were hit for the second alarm. Multiple master streams and Compressed Air Foam were used to combat the heavy volume of fire. Moon Run Station 245, Sturgeon Station 267, Oak Ridge Station 269, and Midway (Washington County) Station 13 also assisted in battling the $2 Million Blaze. Due to a large power outage in the area earlier in the day, the 40+ employees that should have been there had been sent home for the day. No injuries were reported.
