Peebles Station 188, Ingomar Station 187, Highland Station 186, and McCandless-Franklin Park EMS were dispatched to the Children's House Daycare Center at UPMC Passavant for a car into the building with possible entrapment. 188C1 arrived to find the driver out of the vehicle. The building was unoccupied at that time. The cause of the accident is under investigation but the initial belief is that the driver used the wrong pedal to stop.
