At approx. 2:30pm, Northwest Regional dispatched Ohio Township Station 220, Ohio Township Police and Pennsylvania State Police while Norcom dispatched Ross/West View EMS Station 40 and McCandless-Franklin Park Station 130 to a vehicle crash with rollover and entrapment on Interstate 279 Northbound 1/2 mile north of Camp Horne Road. First arriving units found a SUV with heavy damage and apparent ejection. The female driver of the vehicle appeared to have been ejected through the sunroof and was pronounced at the scene.
