Vehicle Crash - City of Pittsburgh (8/11/05)

At 01:44 Hrs on 08/11/05, a University of Pittsburgh Police unit was in the vicinity when he heard a crash in the 4000 block of Forbes Ave. He investigated to find a single vehicle motorcycle crash with one victim on the ground. It was later determined that this individual "popped a wheelie" and lost control of his Yamaha motorcycle. The victim WAS NOT wearing a helmet.

Assistance was immediately rendered by Pittsburgh Police Zone 4, as well as Pittsburgh Engine 10, Pittsburgh EMS Medic 5, Rescue 1, and EMS Command 502. The victim was quickly transported to UPMC Presbyterian. His condition is unknown.
