Motor Vehicle Accident - City of Pittsburgh (06/23/2006)

An afternoon rain storm brought southbound Pa 28 traffic to a halt while a 2 car accident was being cleared in front of the HJ Heinz Plant. No serious injuries resulted, but the wreck backed up traffic 5 miles away in Etna.
