Motor Vehicle Accident
- South Buffalo (11/09/2006)
November 09, 2006 - Ford City Road, South Buffalo, Armstrong
County. A FedEx truck and a small car collided causing the FedEx truck to overturn.
The driver of the truck was entrapped for approx 23 minutes. Crew from Freeport
Fire- EMS Station 70, Harrison Hills Station 169 Fire-Rescue, South Buffalo Fire
Station 220, and South Buffalo PD were on scene for approx 45 minutes. Crew from
Harrison Hills Rescue 169 did an extrication of the patient using the “O” cutters
and an air chisel. The patient was removed and transported to a local facility
with minor injuries.
