June 13th , 2007 - Harrison Twp, PA -- At 08:55 All 3 Harrison Township fire companies were dispatched for a working industrial fire on Saxonburg Road in Natrona Heights. Dlubak Glass Company’s main work area was fully engulfed. First on scene engine Harrison Hills 169 arrived to find fire through the roof in the center building. Initial attack by engine 169 via their deck gun made a great knock down of the fire. Incoming crews then made an initial interior attack. The fire was under control within 1 hour and 15 minutes after initial dispatch. Crews from Harrison Hills, Citizens Hose Fire-Rescue-EMS, Hilltop Hose, Freeport, Saxonburg, Sarver, Eureka Fire-Rescue, and Highland Hose were on scene fighting the fire; numerous other stations through the valley were on standby. No firefighters or industry workers were injured. The Allegheny County Fire marshal is currently investigating.
