Motor Vehicle Accident - Lincoln

February 23rd, 2008 - Lincoln, Allegheny County,
PA -- Lincoln Station 184, Liberty Rescue 183, Clairton Rescue 123,
Lincoln Ambulance 610, and Elizabeth Twp 520 were dispatched to
the intersection of Lincoln Blvd at Bellbridge Road in Lincoln for
a vehicle on its side with entrapment.
Crews arrived on scene and found the patients self-extricated
and were uninjured. Engine 184 arrived on scene, reported
the accident on Bellbridge and cancelled Rescue 123. The vehicle
was going up a icy driveway and slid off the embankment rolling
onto its side on the roadway.
Crews from Liberty and Lincoln pushed the vehicle
back onto its wheels and a neighbor was able to get the vehicle
started and moved off the roadway.
Bellbridge road was closed for a short time while
the incident was worked. All crews cleared after the vehicle
was removed from the roadway and debris was cleaned up.
