10/30/2004 - Lincoln Borough Vehicle Accident

Liberty Way

Lincoln station 184, Liberty Rescue 183, and Central Rescue 147 were dispatched to a single vehicle accident on Liberty Way early Saturday morning. Assistant 184 arrived on scene and had 183-R and 147-R standby in station after finding the vehicle was stable and there was no entrapment. The vehicle struck a tree in the sharp bend between Harrison Road and Lincoln Borough's fire station. The patient was loaded into Elizabeth Twp EMS' ambulance and transported to a local hospital. 183 and 147 were cleared and Engine 184 and Ambulance 610 remained on scene for traffic control until the tow arrived.
