At approx 10:45 am on 02.06 a fire alarm signal from the 3rd floor came from the Cloverleaf Tower Apartments, at Pa. Rt 51 and Lebanon Church Rd, into Alarm Telecommunications Centre in Wheatland, Pa. who notified authorities. Firefighters and Medics from Baldwin Boro arrived to find that a tenant despite being continously warned not to smoke and use oxygen had caught himself on fire severly burning his arm, face, and chest. The fire also burned a small hole in his apartment rug and caused light smoke damage to the apartment.
