03/11/2006 - Liberty - Motor Vehicle Accident

Liberty Way

Dispatched to the 2600 block of Liberty Way for a reported MVC with entrapment. Liberty units arrived on scene to find a pick-up truck off the roadway overturned with one passenger entrapped. The driver of the was self extracted from the vehicle. Liberty units were assisted at the scene by Central VFD, Dravosburg VFD & Elizabeth Twp. EMS. The passenger was then extricated by fire personnel and both patients were transported by ground to the hospital. Lincoln VFD was placed on stand-by for a possible landing zone, which was not needed.

Units on scene: 183 R, 183 E-1, 131 R, 131 SQ, 147 R, EMS 520, EMS 625, Liberty & Port Vue Police
