Chimney Fire Turns Into a Structure Fire in Hempfield Twp

On January 9th, 2010 Adamsburg & Community Volunteer Fire Department responded to a residential structure fire on Pond Lane in Hempfield Twp.  The fire originally started in the chimney and spread to the attic and roof.  Responding units had to deal with snowy and icy roadways to get to the scene.  Once on scene crews made a quick knockdown.  For more pictures and information visit Adamsburg’s site.
